Completed in 2021 by a German designer and developer, it benefits from the quality of fittings and furnishings which make it ultra-luxurious and comfortable whatever the time of year. It benefits from 3 large bedrooms all of which have their own balconies. One of which has a spiral staircase up to a 90 sq metre roof terrace with views over the orange groves and mountains.

The open plan downstairs living area has 2 comfortable sofa beds, dining for up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The large outside terrace with private access to a spectacular large pool has plentiful seating for dining as well as sun loungers with 4 beach towels provided.

The master bedroom has a very high quality king bed, the second bedroom can be set up as a super-king (with imported Tempur mattresses) or a single day bed allowing a proper second single bed to be placed in the 3rd room which has the access to the roof. This is otherwise set up as a study (although it already has a foldable bed in it which is very suitable for a child). Fast internet is available throughout as is a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix as well as a digital projector. 

On the same complex is an ultra-modern and stunning spa which can be booked for the whole day or accessed for Turkish massages or a range of other treatments. The marble and alabaster hammam, sauna, steam rooms, small indoor pool, professional standard gym and a relax areas are a very peaceful and relaxing way to get out of the sun. But there is also plenty of shade under the main balcony,

Small supermarkets, malls, bazaars, breakfast bars and kebab restaurants are all within walking distance. The large sandy beach is 1.25 km away. The ancient cities of Side (only 15 mins away), Aspendos and Perge are unmissable and we can organise tours for you or cheap car hire so you can explore yourself. We can also organise aesthetic treatments and consultations for dentistry and cosmetic surgery for a later date if desired.
